Choose your package

Start by reviewing the package that best fits your event’s needs. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, we’ve got you covered.

Mandatory Consultation (but don’t worry—it’s easy!)

Once you book with us, we’ll set up a friendly consultation to get to know you and your event vision. Think of it as a laid-back planning session where we’ll go over the details, answer your questions, and make sure we’re fully aligned to create a seamless experience.

Drink selection

Here’s where the fun begins! We’ll work with you to create a personalized drink menu tailored to your taste and your event’s theme. As a dry-hire business, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive alcohol purchasing list so you can stock up on exactly what’s needed—no guessing or overbuying.

Contracts & deposit

To finalize everything, we’ll send over a straightforward contract to make sure all details are confirmed. After that, we’ll handle the rest—setup, execution, and making sure your guests have a fantastic time.

Vendor Approval

Outside vendors must be pre-approved by our team.

Decor Restrictions

Confetti is prohibited; sustainable decor encouraged.

Setup & Cleanup

Vendors must adhere to designated setup and breakdown times.

Insured

All packages include general and liquor liability insurance

What is Dry Hire?

At Stirred & Shaken Bar Co., we offer what’s known as dry hire mobile bar service—a flexible, client-friendly approach that allows you to provide the alcohol, while we handle everything else.



In simple terms, you supply the beverages, and we bring the bar setup, expert bartenders, tools, and signature service that keeps the drinks flowing and the good times going.
